Our 5800 Square Ft facility is located in the Cardinal Shopping Center right beside Food Lion. We are strategically positioned in the heart of the PIEDMONT TRIAD Area so that anyone can train with us and still be close to their homes or workplaces!

We are also friends with HANDS & NEEDLES Massage and Acupuncture WELLNESS CENTER located near the Greensboro location at 3405 Lewiston Rd. The massage therapist/acupuncture specialist Rob Bradley has over 20 years of experience working with athletes that range from professional to recreational. All members receive a 10% discount on all services provided in our wellness center.
